Returns & Exchanges

At PPS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your PPS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
